Find Your Pattern — Professional Disclaimer

Find Your Pattern is a coaching and reflective process designed to support noticing, exploration and personal sense-making.

It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, psychological assessment or art therapy.

No artistic ability or previous experience is required.

The marks, drawings and images created during the process are not interpreted by the facilitator as having predetermined psychological meanings.

Instead, they are used as prompts for your own responses, observations and reflections.

Find Your Pattern does not claim to reveal hidden truths, diagnose psychological conditions or provide a definitive explanation for behaviour.

The value of the process lies in what you notice, the connections you make and the questions that emerge.

Participation in Find Your Pattern is not a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other specialist professional advice where this is required.

You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take as a result of your own reflections.

Confidentiality

Information shared during an individual coaching or Find Your Pattern session will be treated as confidential within the normal boundaries of professional coaching practice.

There may be limited circumstances in which confidentiality cannot be maintained, for example where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate concern relating to safety.

Any specific confidentiality arrangements relating to a coaching engagement will also be explained as part of the agreement for that work.
